Foot and Ankle

Foot and ankle pathology includes injuries such as osteoarthritis, bunions, sprains, fractures, ligament instabilities, tendonitis, among others. 

Treatment may include physiotherapy, analgesic medication, orthoses, insoles, physical therapy and, in some cases, surgery.

The main goal of treatment is to relieve pain, correct deformities and improve function in an attempt to regain pre-sickness status.
